A New Interactive Digital Experience Instead of a PDF-Heavy Sales Process

Overview

Since 2005, JACK Quartet has been a leader in the contemporary classical music scene. The string quartet is highly sought-after by booking agents around the world.

During the booking process, agents want to see standard information about groups such as an ensemble bio, sample programs, videos of performances, and photos. Groups will typically send this information as PDFs with some links to YouTube.

Objectives

JACK Quartet wanted to update its booking materials with the new brand messaging that ConiferCo wrote. As we learned more about the industry, we recommended to JACK that we create an interactive digital experience instead of updating PDFs. This would allow JACK to better showcase its work, would reduce friction for booking agents, and would help JACK stand out among other contemporary classical ensembles.

Implementation

We designed a landing page for booking agents with the objective of getting them to send the JACK team an inquiry. We focused on helping the viewer understand JACK as quickly as possible, starting with the hero section video.

We took care of all aspects of the web page, from the content strategy to the copy writing to the web development. We created the page in SquareSpace so that the JACK team would not have to change their existing website workflow.

Results

JACK’s new booking page is now the central place that promotes JACK’s offerings.
